1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before the order has been shipped, whichever comes first.

To request cancellation, contact us at: googiestoreofficial@gmail.com with your order number.

Eligibility: Full refund will be provided if the order has not been shipped.

2. Order Cancellation (After Shipment)

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may request a return after delivery based on our Return Policy.

3. Refund Policy for Cancellations

• A ₹25 cancellation fee will be deducted from eligible refunds.
• Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after approval.
• It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank/payment provider.

4. Important Notes

• Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.
• We reserve the right to decline cancellation once an order is shipped.
